PK Master Cape Empty PK Master Cape

Okay, so after like 39 hours of pking with people, i bought the PK Master Cape
But, Right when i bought it it said i need 1000 KC to be able to wear it...
I just spent 1k pkp on it, and i can't wear it, TJ can you change it?

no its good that its 1k kc because otherwise people wil farm kills and wear the cape and there is nothing master about that
