Voting Incentives Program

This is an idea I thought while discussing it with Strongbad. The basic idea is rewards for the multiple votes we put towards the server. The purpose of course is to get more people to vote for the server and make it more popular.

How it works: I've seen it on another server. They created their own redirect link to a voting site where the user would enter his account name before voting for the server. Then of course he votes. Afterwards when the user goes to login to the server, upon logging in he'll have noticed he's been awarded 1 point for voting that day and he could continue to earn a point every day he votes.
These points could be saved up and then used in one of the stores ingame to purchase valuable items.

It's just a thought that randomly came into my head. I have no ideas how difficult it would be to implement this.

Any opinions appreciated.

I like this idea, I'll keep an eye out for how to incorporate this into our server!

It's a good idea, cause I know that the most of the people want those rewards and if I may make some suggestions on rewards ?
1. pk points (like 2-10 pk points per vote)
2. vote points (and a special shop with items to buy with vote points)
3. money
4. 100 zammy brews or sara brews
5. 500 manta rays
6. 800 barrage casts
etc etc

Lucky for me there is already a System like this set up in our client and server, I just have to figure out how it works then this will be applied.

well i dont mind it aslong as u don't add valueble items because i hate it when servers do that leading in that is near reality and its horrible so yea if u get like barrage casts money and stuff i like the idea

Dont do any rare items, such as bandos and barrows. (Even though barrows isn't rare)
I would think more of the small ones. Such as Supahdupah said even though he hasn't be active.
